Cardiovascular disease is often thought of as something that strikes all of a sudden-- a sharp pain in the breast, a dramatic collapse, a rescue adventure to the emergency clinic. Yet the reality is, it rarely starts with fireworks. More often, it murmurs before it barks. Early symptoms
